Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds may not always be possible. Local deliveries within a designated radius are personally handled by Zengon at no additional cost. For orders outside this area, we partner with Canada Post, and shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package. We also offer free shipping on orders over $100.
