Yes. We provide free custom physical samples before full production. This allows you to see your exact label in person, with accurate color, finish, and sizing, not just a digital preview. Once approved, production begins with full confidence in the final result.

We recommend submitting a high resolution PDF for the best print quality. We also accept PNG, JPEG, and Adobe Illustrator files. A proof will be provided before production. Please review it carefully, as approved artwork is printed as is.

Local deliveries within the Ottawa area are handled directly by Zengon at no additional cost, with same day and next day options available. Orders outside this area are shipped via Canada Post, with rates based on package size and destination.
