We accept designs in PDF, PNG, JPG, and AI formats. These formats provide the best quality for printing and ensure smooth handling throughout our design and production processes.

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds may not always be possible. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and encourage you to reach out if you have concerns about your order. Local deliveries within a designated radius are personally handled by Zengon at no additional cost. For orders outside this area, we partner with Canada Post, and shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package. We also offer free shipping on orders over $100. International shipping is not currently a standard option, but we’re happy to discuss individual international orders. As we continue to expand our shipping capabilities, we encourage international clients to reach out with their inquiries.
