Yes. We always recommend reviewing your artwork carefully before submission. If you would like an additional layer of confirmation, you can request a proof before printing and we will be happy to provide one to ensure everything looks exactly as expected.

We recommend submitting a high resolution PDF for the best print quality. We also accept PNG, JPEG, and AI files. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable for print, feel free to reach out and we will be happy to review it with you.

Because all orders are custom printed, refunds and cancellations may not always be possible once production has begun. That said, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Local deliveries within a defined radius of Ottawa are personally handled by Zengon at no additional cost. Orders outside this area are shipped using Canada Post, with shipping costs calculated based on package size and destination. If you have specific delivery needs or questions, please contact us before placing your order.

International shipping is not currently offered as a standard option. However, we are happy to discuss international requests on a case by case basis. If you are located outside Canada and interested in ordering, please contact us so we can explore available options together.

Every order is carefully monitored throughout the printing process. In the rare event that a print defect or alignment issue is noticed during production, additional labels are printed at no extra cost to account for the issue.
