Zengon provides custom label printing, graphic design services, business cards, brochures, brochure folding, and branding-related products. All orders are subject to approval and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse any service, cancel any order, or issue refunds at our discretion. Should modifications to your order be necessary, we will contact you to confirm these changes first.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
You may select label size, shape, material, and finish (including matte or glossy options). You can provide your own artwork or request a custom design created by us. Free design support is included with each label order.
Please note that we do not print copyrighted or trademarked materials unless you have explicit permission or authorization. If you have questions about this, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Once payment is received, we will begin processing your order within twenty-four hours. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate modifications if production has not yet started.
Whenever possible, we will provide a digital preview of your label or design before final production to ensure your satisfaction.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship exclusively within Canada. If you are located outside Canada, please contact us to discuss possible shipping arrangements.
Shipping costs are not included in your order total and may vary depending on your location. Orders typically ship the same day or within two business days after production begins. Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Zengon is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, such as Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), will be added at checkout based on your location.
