SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

Production timelines vary based on order size and specifications. Shipping timelines begin after production is complete.

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout or in writing at the time of order confirmation.

2. Local Delivery (Ottawa and Surrounding Areas)

Zengon offers local delivery within Ottawa and surrounding areas.

Complimentary local delivery may be available for qualifying orders. Eligibility is determined based on order value, delivery distance, and scheduling availability. Please contact us for more information.

Delivery outside the standard service area may incur additional fees.

3. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped primarily through Canada Post with tracking.

Alternative carriers may be used when necessary.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Zengon is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the client.

4. International Shipping

Zengon currently ships within Canada.

International shipping may be available upon request. All associated shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the client.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

All standard shipments include tracking.

In the rare event that a shipment is confirmed lost:

  • Zengon will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

  • Zengon will reprint and resend the order using standard shipping at no additional cost to the client.

  • Carrier reimbursement claims will be handled directly by Zengon.

Zengon is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once the order has been transferred to the carrier and tracking has been issued, except as expressly stated above regarding confirmed lost shipments.
